Public Tales is an ongoing research about shaping memory and representing voices and history in public space, often underlying the patriarchal power relations within representation. The research is based on Vienna historical equestrian statues dominating many squares and junctures of the city. The bronze horse tales are used as main elements for the work. The horse tales, photographed from left and right, are photomontaged into mustaches.
The first element of the work is a silkscreen poster (edition of 10, size 102x70 cm / production 2012-2013).
